About the role

ABANG USEDCAR SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your sales territory
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies
  3. Engage with potential clients through effective cold-calling, email outreach and in-person meetings
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining strong relationships with clients
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  5. Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed
  6. A team player with the ability to work independently
