Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and patient growth.
  • Develop, manage, and distribute marketing materials (brochures, posters, digital content).
  • Build and maintain business leads and customer databases.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with insurance companies and TPAs (local & international).
  • Maintain strong engagement with existing insurance clients through health programs and campaigns.
  • Assist in organising and attending events, exhibitions, roadshows, and health talks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and report the performance of marketing and event campaigns.
  • Support the team in meeting departmental targets and managing marketing budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on various marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare, or customer engagement.
  • Open to candidates from different industries who are willing to learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of TCM or healthcare is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,800.00 per month
