WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Support the governance and management of the distribution, product, and pricing functions within AIA General Berhad (AGB).

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and governance of distribution channels for AGB to ensure delivery of sales targets and operational objectives.
- Support the management and governance of product function for AGB, working with the Product Marketing team in AIA Bhd. to ensure delivery of product roadmap.
- Support the management and governance of pricing function for AGB, working with the Actuarial Pricing team in AIA Bhd. to ensure delivery of pricing requirements and persistency/profitability objectives.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Product Development, Product Pricing and/or Distribution Channels for GI products.
- Ability to work independently while sharing expertise with others.
- Analytical, structured and has strong interpersonal communications skills, to work together with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder's management skills.
- Enjoys setting direction and discussing strategy to support business growth and at the same time aware of local regulations pertaining to distribution and products.
