Consultancy Admin Executive

**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Form, etc.), Canva and other general office productivity tools
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations, including document handling, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Support consultants with report preparation, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between consultants and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, helping track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Draft contracts and proposals and maintain organized filing systems while tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist with basic finance tasks, including invoice processing, procurement coordination, and petty cash management.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
