Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Lead the growth of the network footprint of service points nationwide
- To acquire retail stores to sign up as SPX Service Points, offering parcel collection and drop-off services to SPX users
- Manage the on-ground acquisition team of BPOs and full timers, ensuring strict monitoring of work, and craft relevant guidelines or materials to support the team
- Build infrastructure to actively monitor progress of acquisition & and ensure targets are met
- Monitor performance of each sales personnel strictly and highlight poor & strong performers
- Manage the allocation and assignment of targeted locations to each sales agent
- Craft relevant SOP to manage the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, and delivery of point of sales materials (POSM), to onboarding and training of the new partners
- Compile daily / weekly / monthly reports on progress
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field
- Sales experience (Involvement in any type of on-ground merchant acquisition projects)
- Equip with people management skills is advantageous
- Results-driven with strong task prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to push team in achieving targets
- Knowledge of logistics network / retail network is a bonus
