- Receive and print request for medical record.
- Pass to medical records executive for retrieval.
- Prepare new medical record folders.
- Attend and perform documentation needed for insurance claims request.
- Check and replenish stationeries and stocks used.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
