**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients.
- Professionally represent the hotel to the public.
- Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard.
- Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure.
- Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs.
- Be updated with all spa promotions
- Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.
- Follow up on client's treatment appointments via SMS or phone call.
- Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.
- Ensure both retail and professional product stock is well maintained, update on stock cards to constant monitor the stock level
- Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Spa therapist.
- Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies.
- Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude.
- User level computer skills.
