**Microsoft Scale Assessment Program Operations Specialist**:
**The Team**
Inviso supports Microsoft in providing a range of Assessment services and is expanding our support of Scale Assessments focused on Cloud Migration and Security. This program provides data-driven reports to help customers gain a thorough understanding of their current IT estate and to inform their cloud migration strategy, extending their capabilities and empowering their organizations. The Scale Assessment Desk provides a seamless customer experience, receiving nominations from multiple channels within Microsoft, engaging with customers for pre-deployment technical check calls, deployment support, and report delivery to customer and partner to enable rapid migration. To accomplish this, the Desk will leverage Microsoft’s first-party technology Azure Migrate, as well as the third-party Assessment tools Block 64 and QS Solutions’ CSAT. The success of the Scale Assessment Desk is defined by enabling customers **to successfully migrate and modernize their infrastructure with Microsoft Cloud services**, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
**The Role**
Our Operations Specialist is responsible for managing incoming customer self-nominations and self-assessments for the Scale Assessment program. The Operations Specialist must triage the incoming customer self-nominations and direct them to the appropriate assessment motion while ensuring that all reporting in self-nominations is complete and accurate. Additionally, the Operation Specialist will receive customer self-assessments and ensure that they are successfully handed-off to the correct sales engine to help drive customer migration to Microsoft cloud services.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide end-to-end support of the Scale Assessment Desk’s incoming request operational processes which includes processing of incoming self-nominations and self-assessments, follow-up, orchestration, and other related activities
- Data Hygiene and Input Management
- Day-to-day execution on operational requests
- Mailbox management
- Escalation management
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads
**Experience Required**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
- 2+ years of experience in an operational support or management role
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English, with the expectation that most or all role-related communications, whether verbal or written, will be in English
- Ability to work with management at every level
- Problem solving abilities that adapt to variety of situations
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
**Additional desirable experience**:
- A history of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills
- Project / Program Management Experience
