**What you'll be doing**
- Willing to be stationed in **Kota Kinabalu, Sabah**.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the company and property division.
- Ensure the site safety measures are implemented by the contractors at site.
- Monitoring contractor's day-to-day site work progress.
- Ensure good workmanship by contractors.
- Proper coordination with consultant team on site matters and technical aspects of the project.
- Attend and actively participate in all the project / site meetings.
- Monitor the contractor's site progress.
- Prepare weekly report of the project which include information of contractor's work quality, work progress, safety conditions, authority compliances i.e. OSHA, DOE, etc.
- Supervise and monitor our site supervisors' job performances and their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure the contractor submits all the shop drawings to consultants on timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company i.e. marketing, contracts, finance departments etc, on matters related to the project.
- Check all construction drawings issued by consultants. Highlight any works at site that is not constructed according to the construction drawings and not consistent with SPA plans.
- Participate and coordinate with other departments on the product designs and building specifications for new and existing projects.
- Ensure the contractor maintain a safe, clean and productive environment at project site and site office and to ensure in compliance to our company's Sustainability Plan.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or equivalent;
- At least 8 years working experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Able to understand technical and construction drawings.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
