We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive **Treatment Coordinator** to join our dental team You will be the key liaison between patients and our clinical team—helping patients understand their treatment plans, scheduling appointments, handling financial discussions, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience from consultation to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explain treatment plans and procedures clearly to patients
- Coordinate and schedule appointments effectively
- Discuss payment options and handle financial arrangements
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Support front desk and administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in dental or healthcare setting is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
