**Responsibilities**:

- Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- To support in employee engagement and branding activities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Updating the in-company data with new staff information like personal details and employment related documents.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, punctuality etc) according to policy
- Assist HR Manager and HR Personnel on ad hoc assignments
- Meet the above requirements, and able to work from **Monday to Saturday, 9am until 6pm**
