**Responsibilities**:
**HR Data Management**
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, including personal data, employment details, compensation, and benefits.
- Update and record staff movements such as promotions, confirmations, re-designations, and transfers.
- Liaise with Payroll, Recruitment, and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate data flow across systems.
- Manage staff user access, roles, and permissions within HR systems.
- Provide data insights and reports to support compliance requirements, such as government submissions and internal audits.
**Requirements**:
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jementah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
