**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This may include text posts, images, graphics, and videos.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts at optimal times to reach the target audience.
- Assist in the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns. This may include creating ad copy, selecting target audiences, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Foster engagement within the online community by responding to comments, participating in relevant conversations, and building relationships with followers and influencers.
- Curate and share relevant content from other sources to provide value to the audience and establish REFORM Digital as a knowledgeable and reputable source in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates on various social media platforms and explore ways to leverage them for the benefit of the organisation.

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate your ideas effectively to the design team and clients.
- Positive attitude: You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be able to work collaboratively with the team.
