**Role Summary**:
Collaborate closely with the management team to implement HR initiatives that align with the country’s overall HR strategy. As the responsible party for establishing the organisation as an employer of choice, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to retention.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any business field.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management or business partnering roles is required, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
- A business-oriented mindset with expertise in developing HR competencies aligned with organisational goals is highly valued.
- Experience in large, complex organisational environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation, manage change effectively, and implement organisational development initiatives.
- Experience in leading strategic people assignments that contribute to both business growth and employee development is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
