**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand all aspects of our shoe brand's business operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers at the retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and ensure repeat business
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and other administrative tasks as required
- Assist in analyzing sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Learn and practice effective leadership and management techniques
- Continuously improve store operations and processes to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency Qualifications

**Job Requirements**
- At least Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of current fashion trends
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
