Key Activities:

- Perform sampling, inspection and testing for all raw materials, packaging materials, bulk and finished products according to standard operating procedures and test methods.
- Verify the clean status of manufacturing, filling machines and production rooms.
- Verify line clearance of all manufacturing, filling and packing rooms.
- Adjust pH and viscosity of bulk when necessary.
- Keep stability samples of products under proper storage conditions.
- Monitor storage conditions of the retained sample room and stability sample chamber.
- Verify the use of the correct starting materials and packaging materials during production.
- Verify the correct batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date have been printed correctly on packaging materials.
- Inspect finished products for appearance, integrity check, batch number and expiry date.
- Ensure that all the production activities are conducted according to the GMP requirements.
- Ensure safety in the workplace is being observed at all times.
- Maintain proper documentations according to the GMP requirements.
- Record
- keeping of various test reports.
- Detect non-conformance and deviation from instructions or procedures. If such a situation occurs, it should be reported to the QA/QC Executive or QA Manager.
- Conduct preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the laboratories.
- Supervise destruction of rejected materials.
- Assist QA/QC Executive and QA Manager in all the projects that under GMP.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,990.00 per month
