**Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing Specialist**
**Location: Plaza Sentral (Near LRT NU Sentral)**
**Tenure: Permanent**
**Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday (Half-day)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Retrieve and review orders from Lazada, Shopee, and other online platforms.
- Process orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare and issue invoices for processed orders.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and invoicing details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process and delivering a positive customer experience.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
