JOB VACANCY

POSITION- IT MANAGER

LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

SALARY - RM 6000-8000

Key Responsibilities:
Support the migration and implementation of new system (when there is) and other logistics platforms.

streamlining multiple business processes through system-based automation and improvements.

Monitor and reduce hardware and software costs across departments.

Maintain accurate data records across all legacy and current systems.

Collaborate with operational teams to understand logistics workflows and propose IT improvements.

Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for system or hardware issues.

Conduct training or onboarding for new systems when there is a need.

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

6-10 years of working experience in IT operations or system support.

Familiar with system migration, ERP/WMS systems, and IT infrastructure.

Proficient in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware troubleshooting.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving.

A team player who can work independently and communicate clearly with non-IT users.

Experience in logistics or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
