**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports To**:Senior Manager - Service Operations

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:Global

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) function for global Data & Analytics (D&A) projects, ensuring effective project governance, coordination, and delivery excellence
- Manage commercial aspects and financial considerations for global Data & Analytics projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks and processes for the Data & Analytics program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align D&A projects with strategic priorities and organizational goals
- Define vendor requirements, evaluate vendor performance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services and solutions
- Develop and implement key performance indicators and metrics to track the performance and efficiency of Data & Analytics initiatives
- Establish document repositories, version control procedures, and access controls to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of project documentation

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years in a Project Management, Scrum Master, or PMO roles.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to ensure alignment and project success.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing Agile practices within project management processes.
- Ability to work within PMO frameworks to ensure projects align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in leading project portfolios, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking
