**Job Description Summary**: Plan and provide support to implement and facilitate EHS operation throughout GEESM.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Assist Safety & Health Officer in EHS related functions.
- To assist in conducting EHS briefing to on site contractors.
- Assist with contractor management for EHS documentation availability and Workplace Inspection (Onsite Project).
- Assist in reviewing HIRARC SOD & heatmap for contractor and cells.
- Assist in preparing Minutes of meeting, training slide & site wide EHS communication.
- Assist in preparation of internal & local authorities audit & EHS documentations management.
- Audit Findings & EHS concern - Monitor & Keep Track for closure.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Diploma from a recognized university in relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site safety.
- Experience in manufacturing/warehouse operation is added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
