- You will lead and assist the property management team in managing a portfolio of properties.
- Ensuring proper upkeep of properties database
- Communicate well with Lawyer, Auctioneer, Land officer etc
- Identifying and planning improvement works.
- manage buyer' requests in a timely manner
- Ensure the properties are in compliance with local regulations and liaise with authorities and consultants with regards to regulatory and property matters
- Oversee and assist in the preparation of management reports and the budgeting and forecasting of property expenses
