**Pasxcel Academy is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Front Desk / Customer Relations Officer**
**Description**
**Pasxcel Academy is an online learning institution providing IGCSE education experience that covers academics, life skills as well as intellectual pursuits for secondary students that aim to provide holistic education with the goal of not only producing well-rounded students that excel academically but also building individuals who have the essential soft skills, confidence and knowledge to succeed and be prepared for the possibilities of tomorrow.**

**Application Procedure**:
**Front Desk & Customer Service Responsibilities**:
- **Handle and ensure smooth day-to-day school inquiries via phone calls**:
- **Be a caring and empathetic listener.**:
- **Arrange sessions for the parents with enrolment officers.**:
- **Assist with administrative work.**:
- **Contact new customers immediately after they touch base with us and arrange a call with the sales team.**:
- **Cold calling and following up with new and existing customers on a daily basis.**

**Qualification Requirements**:
- **Required language(s): Fluent in English**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:
- **Prior experience working in customer service, receptionist, tele-marketing would be an added advantage.**:
- **A self-starter who possesses a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.**
**Prefered Requirements**:
- **Have experience related to different fields and not only customer service.Highly recommended if you have telemarketing experience.**:
- **Understand the dynamics of working in a start-up or have experience working in one.**:
- **Able to undertake tasks that could require spending time on research in fields other than customer service.**
