**Full Job Description**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Handle all incoming calls and ensure channel to the appropriate person in a polite, courteous and efficient manner.
- Take reservations over telephone
- Manage booking service, liaising & managing therapists
- Scheduling booking for therapist
- Handle customer requirements
- General administration work and generate report.

**Job Requirements: -**
- 1-2 Years Working experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Can speak & write in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service orientation
- Team Player and responsible person
- Willing to work public holiday & weekends

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Starting Salary**

**Intern**
RM350

**Junior**
RM1,800

**Experienced**
RM2,000 - RM2,200

**+ Plus Commission**
**[Total Up to RM3,000 - RM4,000]**

Schedule:

- Day shift
- 1 day off - on weekday
- Can work on Saturday and Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
