Let’s talk about the team:
ResMed Supply Chain Planning & Logistics is the global function that manages the planning of source, make and distribution of ResMed products impacting and enhancing millions of lives. It is currently embarking on several transformational initiatives to drive optimal planning capabilities and incremental value to meet our strategic objectives.

This role will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders ranging from technical (e.g., Data Engineers) to business stakeholders (e.g., Supply chain planning manager, Supply planners, Demand planners, etc).

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:

- Conduct effective and efficient data assessment, preparation, transformation, and visualisation
- Gather, interpret and document business user requirements regarding data and analytics
- Maintain an understanding of the data architecture around the department and relationships between various sources of data
- Proactively engage with the business function to understand, prioritise and communicate analytics needs that will lead to improved business outcomes
- Contribute to explore, define and design optimal analytic solutions in supporting end-to-end planning processes (e.g. demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning)
- Working closely with technical team to develop, test, train and deploy data analytics solutions
- Actively participate in data governance, architecture, integration and change management alongside business stakeholders and domain experts
- Be a resource for various business groups, assisting with on-going and ad-hoc requests for information and insights, evolving understanding of where analytics can add value
- Present insights and findings to varying levels of stakeholders

Let’s talk about you:
Required:

- Experience in at least one programming language such as SQL, R, Python, or VBA is required.
- Familiarity with at least one tool like Power BI or Tableau is necessary.
- Has an inquisitive mindset
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adopt to changes well
- Intermediate experience with SQL and data modelling

Preferred:

- Qualifications in a STEM related discipline or APICS certification
- Exposure to supply chain operations or management functions
- Previous experience within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry
- Experience in different phases of the data project lifecycle - ideation, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user training and deployment
