**Develop and Implement CRM Strategies**:

- Design and execute social media strategies that align with MoneyX's digital and social marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create personalized customer journeys across digital platforms.

- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of MoneyX’s social media presence.
- Ensure seamless integration of social media tools with other digital marketing channels.
- **Community Management**:

- Build and nurture a thriving online community around the MoneyX brand.
- Engage with community members across social media platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- **Content creation and curation**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for social media campaigns.
- Curate user-generated content to amplify customer voices and experiences.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze social media data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for engagement.
- Generate insights and reports on social media performance, providing actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
- Use data segmentation to create targeted and personalized social media campaigns.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives via social media channels.
- Design and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from social media interactions.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers through various social media platforms.
- **Cross Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the digital marketing, content creation, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive social media activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on social media processes, tools, and best practices.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Manage the execution of social media marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media technologies, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve social media strategies and processes based on market research and customer feedback.
- Test new social media tools and techniques to enhance digital marketing efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on community building and digital marketing.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creating engaging social media content.
- **Customer Focus**: A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, especially in digital environments.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
