nation, through our 2 030 s trategy consisting of 2 fl agship programmes which i s the Teach F or Malaysia
Fel lowship and P rogram Duta Guru - our t wo-year l eadership d evelopment p rogrammes focused on growing
leaders across t he education s ystem. We’ve i mpacted over 150,000 s tudents a nd worked w ith t he Ministry of
E ducation and o ther c orporate and social sector partners to col lectively bring t ransformation to t he education
system. Beyond the Fel lowship and P rogram Duta Guru, o ur growing network of Alumni, education champions
and supporters are l i felong advocates for education and e xpanding opportunities f or students, working a s a
movement to build an ecosystem of solutions at al l levels of society - from the classroom to the boardroom.

**Role: Technology, Part-Time Consultant**
**Start Date: Immediate**
**C ontract Type: Part-Time Contractor/Individual Vendor (6 months)**
**Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**

**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**:

- This role supports the organisation in planning and managing t he technological i nfrastructure of t he _
- organisation and enhancing TFM’s impact by d igitalising operations and processes to increase effectiveness and _
- efficiency. The role also works towards improving information a nd data integrity, fl ow and k nowledge _
- management within the organisation and with external parties. _

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Provide Technology Support Across the Organisation ** Advice on the m aintenance and purchase of relevant sotiware; purchase and u pkeep of sotiware
- licenses.
- Manage our domain on Google Apps including documents, account management and administration.
- Provide support to staff on technology-related challenges.

**Adoption and Development of Existing and New Sotiware /Technology Platiorms ** M eet w ith team members to identify their technology n eeds t o make work effective and efficient and
- m ake/implement recommendations.
- Integrate other t echnology (survey systems, websites, etc.) with Salesforce or other identified
- technological solutions.- p roductivity
- A dvice, recommend, s ource and m aintain TFM’s knowledge management p ortal to meet our

knowledge management needs.

**Ensure Data Protection and Privacy is Upheld ** Cratiing a nd maintaining policies and procedures to protect our d ata a nd information integrity and
- ensure alignment with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Set up systems and safeguards to ensure data and information are protected.
- Training staff on data protection and confidentiality and monitor for compliance w ith all the policies

and procedures of the organisation and the laws of Malaysia.

**F acilitate Technology Upskilling and Trainings for the Organisation ** Connecting the organisation to appropriate vendors t o run training and assist in the d elivery of
- technology-related training sessions.
- E nsure that all staff are fully trained in b aseline data a nd technology skills/knowledge to

successfully d o their roles. Conduct new staff training
