As Avanade’s HR Service Delivery Specialist, you are part of the HR Operations team. You are responsible for delivering high-quality services to employees, developing, and executing human resources transactional services, and meeting service level metrics. You will lead the HR operations for Japan, working closely with the Japan Business HR team and Global HR Shared services. Support and execute delivery excellence initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices comparisons ensuring consistent high-performance service.

What you’ll do
- Regional Operation Delivery management: Overall ensure the steady delivery with Standard Quality and efficiency, monitoring the volumes in each region, keep tracking with the team on any challenges or foresee concerns and plan accordingly or in advance;
- Team Management: Dedicate on Team Engagement, Recognition & Growth;
- Stakeholder Management: Develops enduring, trusted relationships with both internal & external Key Stakeholders, able to handle escalations, organize quarterly and host QBR review meeting accordingly, etc;
- Reporting and Analysis: Regular Monthly/Quarterly SLA related reporting and analysis, issue-based analysis, capacity analysis etc., able to generate insights, provide advise / action plan if needed.

Skills and experiences
- Prior HR support or related experience (5+ years HR domain or related service experience/2+ years’ Service/Process management experience/2+ years Team & Client management experience);
- Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential - Japanese N1 Certified or Native Speaker;
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with mínimal supervision;
- Proficiency in navigating MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.);
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers;
- Requires mínimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
