**Job Description: Logistics & Warehouse Executive**

Responsibilities Requirements
- Must have knowledge or be willing to learn how to operate a forklift and pallet jack
- To manage and support activities necessary for running the day-to-day Logistics operations.
- This includes the support of receiving, issuing, and shipment operations and all other Warehouse activities
- To participate/lead the project in cycle time and inventories optimization
- Possessing Class E License or the willingness to learn would be an advantage.
- Co-ordinate and manage all logistics-related activities including receiving, warehousing and shipping matters (picking list, packing list, invoice, etc.)
- Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
- To ensure necessary precaution is taken and to ensure security of goods in store and during delivery against losses
- To handle all custom documents submission-K2, LMW, K9, GBP
- To ensure regular update of the stock control system and working procedure (comply with customer & company latest requirement).
- To participate in company stock takes activities (internal & external).
- To ensure continuous training and development of store personnel
- To ensure security, health and safety standard are properly practiced.
- Assist logistic, support to the superior by performing tracking, recording of shipments and inventory.
- Receive and sort incoming shipments according to client, type of goods and segregation of Dangerous Goods and supplies
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, supply room or other areas
- Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute shipments and supplies for internal usage.
- Packaging of samples according to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulation.
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies in a computerized inventory system
- Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, or customer demand
- Coordinate/communicate with operation team on all shipments.
- Able to manage all related documentation such as but not limited, SDS, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, shipping requisition form, invoice and delivery orders
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

**Key Requirements**
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Business Analytics / Operation Management or equivalent.
- Team player
- Good knowledge of the assignment being carried out
- Able to liaise with customers during inspection assignments.
- Able to work independently and coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Able to interact with the client or its representatives
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English and local language

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
