**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure hardware and software to ensure systems are fully functional and user-friendly.
- Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty hardware components.
- Perform testing and evaluation of new hardware and software solutions.
- Carry out daily backup operations and maintain accurate technical documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and in writing.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
