Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for shaping brand identities and driving market success? We're seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative brand strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market and managing marketing campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, Digital) to build credibility and awareness of brands
- Supervising advertising, media, events, PR and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Keeping updated on the latest marketing trends as part of the planning process and execution of campaigns
- Maintaining brand market budget

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 3+ years' brand management or marketing experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective brand strategies.
- Creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics. Experience working with creative agencies or in-house design teams is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
