**About the role**:
As a Technician (Network), you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networking hardware and cabling systems. This role is highly field-oriented and requires frequent outdoor work, site visits, and hands-on technical expertise. You will play a vital role in ensuring that network infrastructure is stable, reliable, and efficient, while adhering to safety standards and best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware and cabling systems: Set up routers, switches, access points, antennas, racks, and structured cabling to provide secure and reliable connectivity across client and internal environments.
- Perform fieldwork and outdoor installations: Carry out on-site tasks such as running cables, mounting equipment, and deploying wireless networks in diverse conditions including rooftops, underground spaces, and outdoor facilities.
- Conduct site surveys and troubleshoot issues: Assess infrastructure needs at project sites, identify networking requirements, and resolve hardware or connectivity problems by repairing cabling, replacing faulty devices, and ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Document technical activities and collaborate with teams: Maintain accurate records of installations, wiring layouts, and maintenance work while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support network deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and provide on-site support: Follow safety standards when working outdoors or at heights, use protective equipment, and deliver professional service and customer support during installation and maintenance visits.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Networking, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Have proven hands-on experience as a networking or field technician with focus on hardware and cabling systems.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently to client or project sites.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Be physically fit and capable of working outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces, and able to lift and carry equipment.
- Preferably hold professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
