Technician (Network) – Hands-On Field Role | Exciting Growth Opportunities

About the Role

We're looking for a Network Technician to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting networking hardware and cabling systems across various sites.

What You'll Do

  • Install & Maintain Networking Systems: Set up routers, switches, access points, antennas, racks, and structured cabling to ensure reliable connectivity.
  • Perform Fieldwork & Outdoor Installations: Run network cables, mount equipment, and deploy wireless systems at rooftops, underground areas, and other outdoor locations.
  • Conduct Site Surveys & Troubleshooting: Identify network issues, replace faulty components, and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
  • Document Work & Collaborate: Maintain clear installation records, wiring layouts, and reports. Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure Safety & Professionalism: Follow safety procedures when working at heights or confined spaces and deliver top-notch on-site customer support.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Networking, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience as a networking or field technician (hardware & cabling focus preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for site work.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training provided
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces.
  • Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
