- Plan, propose, produce, implement, enforce and review the EHS system to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Investigate and review any accidents, near miss, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease and report to DOSH in accordance with OSH Regulation 2004
- Collect, analyze and maintain records of any amendments or new laws/regulations in relation to EHS and advise management of any action or measure to be taken as well as communicating this information to all employees.
- Be the point of contact with regulating bodies such as DOSH, DOE and BOMBA
- To participate in safety and health committee activities
- Attend to safety meetings, briefings and audits at workplace.
- Prepare report to be submitted to management, client or authorities.
- To promote safety awareness to all employees, and the responsibilities of all employees towards safety
- Planning for Emergency Response Program
- Conduct accident/incident investigation and work with management to prepare comprehensive recommendation active to eliminate or minimize future recurrences.
- Handle all matters that related to safety and health.

**Job Requirements**:

- Masters / Degree / Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science or equivalent / relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety supervision and implementation in building construction industry and proven track record of completing project with quality achievement in safety.
- Registered competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) - must have a **valid GREEN BOOK**:

- Knowledge in property and construction terminology, high-rise construction, security and environment management
- Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia - both verbal and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be based in Ulu Bernam based on the Projects requirements.
- Potential to be rolled over to other projects within the group once project ended
