Accounts Administrator

Responsibilities
- Issue sales order, invoice, delivery order and credit note
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping & reports
- Manages offsetting of payments, update statements and aging report weekly to salesmen
- To ensure that acknowledgement sales order and delivery notes are duly returned by
the customers
- To ensure that the documents sorting, daily filing of records and documents are
complete
- Handle other functions and duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the
Company
**Requirements**:
- At least (2) years of working experience (Account & Admin will be added advantage)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software SQL will be added advantage
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 1.00pm
Location: 24, Jalan TPP 5/2, Taman Perindustrian Puchong 5, 47100 Puchong, Selangor
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
