**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:
- Assist in data entry of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in monthly closings and simple financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Provide support for ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Any other assignments allocated by the managements.
**HR Administration Duties**:
- Support monthly payroll processing (calculate OT, leave, claims, allowances, and deductions).
- Ensure accurate submission of statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
- Track staff attendance, medical leave, and annual leave records.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Draft HR-related letters (confirmation, warning, resignation acceptance).
- Assist in planning HR activities and company events.
**Job requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- **0-2 year** of relevant working experience.
- **Fresh graduates** with strong academic background and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian statutory HR and payroll requirements
- A proactive, mature, and positive attitude towards work.
- Ambitious to learn and grow attitude is highly appreciated.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
