Drive monthly Demand Review Meetings with cross functional stakeholders. 2. Develop 18 months rolling demand forecast from historical sales data using both Statistical Forecast from System and Manual Calculate Forecast by incorporating marketing intelligence (promotion, phase-in phase-out, new launches & discontinuation plan) and challenge the forecast as needed. 3. Ensure the sales forecast consistency through the building of consensus between the commercial, financial budget and historical sales trend. 4. Analyze and highlight business risk and opportunity to commercial and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plan. 5. Responsible to the Key Performance Indicators - Forecast Accuracy & BIAS. Analyze root cause & propose improvement plan. - **Supply Planning** - 1. Maintain Supply Parameters in system such as : Product Lifecycle, Product Lifestyle, Order Method etc. 2. Response to Alert Reports (PIPO, EOL, Aging) and adjust in system accordingly to ensure ERP calculation are accurate. 3. To analyse on inventory holding and highlight risk & opportunities to management 4. Review Safety Stocks Calculations in system quarterly based on ABCD classification. 5. Plan and release monthly Replenishment Purchase Order to Regional Office and complete reception in local warehouse. 6. Instruct local warehouse on kittings preparation and work closely with Operation team to make sure in time for store ordering.
