**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all office administration and accounts work.
- Preparation of Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Inventory records, payroll using SQL software, office paperwork & filing, manage accounts, provide support for the accounting using SQL Accounting software, finance and etc.
- Self-motivated, hardworking & able to work independently under intense pressure.
- Dynamic with pleasant personality.
- Report to Finance Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) and comfortable with basic computer operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Admin/Accounts Clerk with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You must have experience in operating **SQL Accounting and SQL Payroll software**.
- You must be able to work independently with little oversight and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking, performance driven and teamwork capable among each other in the department
- Those who can start work immediately or within short notice is with the added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, company, etc.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

**Package**:

- RM 1800.00 - RM 2200.00 per month
