Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Clerk to join our finance team at Nica Tec Sdn. Bhd.

The successful candidate will assist in daily admin operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update delivery order and invoice.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Support general office administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
  • Experience at least 1 year.

Benefits

  • Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • Annual leave, EPF, SOCSO, and attendance allowance.
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00 am – 5.30 pm.
  • Working hours: Saturday 8.00 am pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
