Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**:
*
Preparation of request for quotation packages to suppliers

*
Follow up on request for quotations issued to suppliers

*
Preparation of preliminary statement in excel for supplier quotations

*
Supporting sourcing activities

*
Supporting supplier registration in vendor master under guidance from Sourcing Specialist

*
Generation of templates from system for Sourcing Specialist

*
Purchase orders with supporting documents to be sent to suppliers and follow up on purchase order acknowledgement

*
Maintaining and updating the purchase order registers

*
Maintaining and updating the supplier database

*
Updating company's project procurement share point folders

*
Follow up with suppliers for expediting

*
Processing of supplier’s invoices and resolution of issues (if any) with support from Sourcing specialist

**Requirements**:
*
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field

*
At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the **Procurement** function
- Experience and knowledgeable in database and office software - SAP and MS Office
*
Good interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented

*
Pleasant character, resourceful & able to work with sincerity on own initiative

*
Responsible and able to work independently under pressure

*
Comfortable to work under contractual position with possible extension and benefits provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per year
