Key Responsibilities
- **Operations & Processing**:

- Handle issuance, amendment, and negotiation of **Letters of Credit (LCs)**, **Standby LCs**, and **Bank Guarantees**.
- Process **Import and Export Bills**, **Documentary Collections**, and **Trade Loans**.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in document checking, transaction execution, and settlement.
- **Client & Business Support**:

- Advise clients on trade finance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Support Relationship Managers in structuring trade deals and cross-selling related banking products.
- **Risk & Compliance**:

- Conduct due diligence, KYC, AML, and sanctions screening in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with trade transactions.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, ICC rules, and local regulatory guidelines.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports on trade finance business volumes and outstanding exposures.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification in trade finance (e.g., **CDCS, CSDG, CITF**) is an advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in **Trade Finance Operations, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking**.
- Familiarity with AML, sanctions, and compliance requirements in trade.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,381.61 - RM15,000.00 per month
