Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to support Taiwan–Malaysia trade promotion. Key duties include approaching and inviting Malaysian buyers, preparing trade and market intelligence reports, promoting Taiwanese products, coordinating B2B matchmaking, and organizing marketing events and delegations. The role also involves assisting Taiwanese companies with market entry and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong English and Chinese skills, good communication, and interest in international trade are required.

Requirements

· Malaysian citizen or individuals with valid work authorization in Malaysia.

· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher academic qualification.

· Possess relevant industry knowledge with at least 1-2 years of working experience.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with buyers and associations.

· Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.

· Possession of a valid driver's license and personal transportation, with a willingness to travel frequently.
