**Lead Analyst - Power Apps & Power Automate**:

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day L2 support for Power Apps (especially Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Develop and enhance Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataflows, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
- Review and recommend fixes for bugs and change requests; ensure changes do not break existing functionality.
- Provide technical guidance to junior and senior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful implementation of system improvements and provide technical support to end users.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, including Microsoft, for issue resolution and solution optimization.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.25.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of L2 support experience for Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Solid experience in Power Platform tools: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI.
- Strong technical foundation in.NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related Azure services.
- Experience with DevOps tools like MS Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Previous exposure to SOA/web services, SharePoint 2016, and customer support is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,773.94 - RM7,000.00 per month
