About the Role

As a Technical Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, support, and enhancement of life insurance policy administration systems and related components. You'll act as a bridge between business and technical teams — ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, investigation, and resolution of critical system issues to maintain operational and financial integrity.
  • Oversee enhancements and technical support for life insurance policy administration systems and related components (e.g.,
    Sisense, ETL, SQL
    ).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct and review unit testing to maintain high-quality and reliable systems.
  • Document technical processes and provide ongoing support across the SDLC.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    as a System Analyst or Programmer within the
    insurance domain
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    DXC platforms
    such as Life Asia, Integral Life Classic, or Java-based versions.
  • Proven experience with
    life/health policy administration systems
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    life insurance business processes
    and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in
    Basic Java, Jasper
    , and reporting tools like
    Sisense
    (or similar).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced
    SQL
    skills with experience in
    MSSQL
    and
    Oracle
    databases.
  • Familiarity with
    LifeAsia, Life400, Life Integral
    , ETL tools, and data reporting.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present complex data for reporting and correspondence.
