Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Contract- 1 Year (Can be Extended or renewed)

Work Setting- Hybrid

Language Requirement: Fluent English

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as Super User of the Risk Data Capture platform.


• Build and configure questionnaires using low-code/no-code tools with logic, validation, and workflows.


• Use SQL for data validation and extraction; apply basic HTML for customization.


• Align questionnaires with insurance business processes and regulatory needs.


• Develop documentation, mappings, and support UAT testing.


• Train end-users, gather requirements, and ensure usability.


• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve platform functionality.

Requirements


• 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.


• Strong insurance industry knowledge and regulatory understanding.


• Proficient in SQL; basic HTML skills.


• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.


• Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.


• Agile methodology experience; familiarity with Jira/Confluence.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
