Offline Marketing Executive

As Trapo continues to grow across offline channels, we're looking for a dynamic Offline Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of on-ground brand activations. This role plays a key part in strengthening Trapo's presence through impactful offline marketing initiatives and events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute B2C & B2B roadshows and activations at malls, events, and partner locations.
- Coordinate with HQ marketing for campaign alignment, setup, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Build local partnerships and gather customer insights to improve future offline initiatives.
- Support the rollout of key marketing campaigns, promotions, or product launches through on-ground activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and overall activation success.

**Job Requirements**

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activations preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in event coordination, brand activations, or roadshows is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with the public and external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with both planning and on-ground execution.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.Strong planning and coordination skills, with hands-on experience managing on-ground activations or promotions.

Other Requirements:

- Must be available to work weekends and travel across Klang Valley for events.
- Flexible to travel within Malaysia for events, roadshows, and activations.
- Possessing your own transport and valid driving license is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus.
