**Job Position**: Telesales Executive
**Job type**: Full time
**Working hours**: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm [ Monday to Friday ]
**Location**: Bangsar South
**Salary**:Up to RM2,300/
- **Job description**:
- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- Update customers with monthly promotions and campaigns.
- To achieve monthly targets set by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets required by the management.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using the script provided.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Accurately take and process the orders.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Telesales
- Experience in doing outbound calls.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry-level based on your previous experience)
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
- Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate teamwork all the time.
- Willing to work under pressure, long work hours sometimes.
- Open for Malaysians only.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
