**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to streamline warehouse activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for continuous improvement.
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues related to warehouse functions.
- Prepare operational performance reports for upper management.
- Manage procurement and ensure the timely delivery of supplies and materials for warehouse operations.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to best practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in Malay, Chinese, and English.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse management is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lead and manage a warehouse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
