**The job**:

- You will be tasked to generate leads and proactively seek out potential buyers through networking, referrals, online platforms, and targeted marketing strategies.
- You will be dealing with HNWI who has the appetite for international property be it for investment as capital appreciation, wealth preservation or own use.
- You will be trained with international property investment / ownership knowledge.
- Attractive commision scheme with reasonable sales target.
- Opportunity to travel abroad for project familirization.
- YNWA - You will have full support and guidance by the team.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Liaison person with various international developers for all sales and marketing related matters.
- Maint active communications and follow-up with HNWI especially potential buyers.
- Organize property roadshows at Foreward Global Gallery

**; Requirements**: - To be successful in this role, we would like see the below from you:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Good command of English - written and spoken
- Good command of Chinese - written and spoken will be added advantage
- Computer Literate
- Digital / Marketing savy
- Knowledge of the international real estate market and property investment fundamentals.
- Familiar with legal requirements and procedures related to international property sales.
