About the role

Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in our Kota Kinabalu, Sabah office. This is a contract position, offering you the opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic real estate organisation as we continue to expand our residential property portfolio in the area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting for new sales opportunities and leads through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation activities
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process
  3. Organising and conducting property viewings and open houses
  4. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals in a professional and ethical manner
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  7. Continually expanding your knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Thorough understanding of the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and regulations
  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  6. Strong time management and organisational abilities
  7. Valid real estate sales license or certification
