About the role

Mashiba Elevator Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities through the tender submission process. With a focus on building strong client relationships, you will play a crucial part in the growth and success of our company.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible to draft & preparing tender documents including quotation, BQ and etc.
  • Assist Sales Team to coordinate with internal teams e.g., Design & Drafting, Purchasing, Technical Support, project and etc.
  • Perform cost estimation associated with tender, including material, labour and other expenses.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation/records on tender documents, quotation, internal & external communication, and contracts.
  • Assist to build and maintain good relationship with clients, vendors and parties involving in tender process.

Qualification and Skill Requirement:

  • Possessed Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Survey/related field.
  • More than 3-year experiences in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have technical knowledge.
  • Have good communication skill and good rapport between management and customers/clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Good in negotiation skill.
